Our Staff

Lori Kulesa A.P.R.N.: Lori joined the practice in April 2003. Prior to that she worked as a pediatric nurse practitioner with Kaiser Health Plan and UCONN Health Partners for 13 years. Lori is also a Certified Lactation Consultant.

Lisa Gorman, Office Manager: Lisa is the office manager/medical assistant with over 20 years of experience. Lisa is the mother of Xena, her dog.

Anita Ducharme, Nurse: Anita is our Licensed Practical Nurse having over 35 years of experience. She is married and has three children as well as three grandchildren.

Dorinne Zaccardelli, Receptionist: Dorinne is the office receptionist with over 10 years of experience. She is married and has two children.
